Yes! We offer one-time purchase options for select boxes. However, subscribing ensures you never miss out on our monthly themes.
Absolutely! You can purchase a one-time gift box or set up a gift subscription for a loved one.
You can cancel your subscription through your account before your next billing date if you are on a monthly plan. If you are on a 6 month or 12 month plan, you can cancel once your subscription term is complete.
We do not offer refunds on subscription payments, but if you have any issues with your box, please contact us at contact@mytrinibox.com, and we’ll make it right!
